Individual psychotherapy sessions are you-centered and ongoing: they are your sessions to discuss issues that you would like to further explore. Our theoretical approach is eclectic and will be determined based on your individualized treatment needs/goals. Sessions occur weekly, biweekly, monthly or in any way that works best for you.
During our first few sessions, we establish safety, boundaries, rapport, and trust by reviewing your history and determining areas that you would like to further explore. After the initial exploration period, our sessions will continue to naturally unfold allowing you to gain greater insight into yourself, your relationship with others, and your relationship with the world.
